2. COA and independent laboratory reports for mercury, lead, arsenic and cadmium.
3. Independent testing confirming the absence of undeclared corticosteroids or other pharmaceutical ingredients.
4. Laboratory name, NABL/accreditation details, test date and batch number.
5. Manufacturer’s cosmetic licence and relevant compliance documents.
6. Details of any formulation changes since 2024.
Please provide the actual laboratory reports, rather than only written assurances that the product is safe, mercury-free or steroid-free.
If these documents cannot be provided, I intend to have the product independently tested at my own expense to verify its safety.
